Guaranteed orders that receive a final grade below a B are refunded in full, provided you followed the submission instructions we gave you. Send the graded feedback within 7 days of the grade posting.
On-time delivery
If we miss a deadline we agreed to, the order is free. We work ahead of your due date rather than to it, so there is buffer for revisions.
Original work only
Every deliverable is written from scratch for your prompt. We never resell, recycle or template work between students, and we run an originality check before delivery.
Free revisions for 14 days
Any request that matches your original instructions is revised at no cost for two weeks after delivery — as many rounds as it takes.
